Your privacy is important to Zeblaze. This Privacy Policy describes how Zeblaze collects, uses and shares your personal data that our products or other services (“the Services”) process (e.g., App, software, Zeblaze’s websites, APIs, etc.)

What Is Personal Data at Zeblaze?

“Personal data” is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person or that is linked or linkable to them by Zeblaze no matter where the person lives. This means that data that directly identifies you — such as your name — is personal data, and data that does not directly identify you, but that can reasonably be used to identify you — like the Mac address of your device — is also personal data.

Your Privacy Rights at Zeblaze

At Zeblaze, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, restrict the processing of, and erase your personal data. We have provided these rights to our global customer base. If you would like to exercise these privacy rights, you may have the right to:

(i) request confirmation on whether we are processing your personal data;

(ii)get access to or a copy of your personal data;

(iii) obtain an electronic copy of personal data that you have provided to Zeblaze;

(iv) limit or object to our uses of your personal data;

(v) seek to correct or amend inaccurate, incomplete or improperly processed personal data;

(vi) withdraw your consent, and

We will process such requests as prescribed by applicable law. To protect your privacy, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

Personal Data Zeblaze Collects from You

At Zeblaze, we strive to collect only the personal data that we need. When you create a Zeblaze account, purchase and/or activate a product or device. download a software or firmware update, connect to our services, contact us (including trough social media), or otherwise interact with Zeblaze, we may collect a variety of information, including:

• Account Information. Your Zeblaze account details, such as name and email address.
• Device Information.Data from which your device could be identified, such as Mac address.
• Contact Information. Data such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

Usage Data. Data about your activity on and use of our offerings, such as product interaction.

• Location Information. Precise location only to support services such as Find Device and GPS tracking.
• Health Information.Data related to the health status of an individual, such as data relating to one’s physical or mental health or condition. Personal health data also includes data that can be used to infer or detect the health status of an individual.
• Fitness Information. Data relating to your exercise and fitness information.
• Other Information You Provide to Us. Details like the content of your communications with Zeblaze, including contacts with customer service and interactions on social media.
• Information from Other Sources.Information about you received from othersources, including from third party services and organizations.

You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, we will not be able to respond to requests you may have, or provide you with our products or services in many cases.

Zeblaze’s Use of Personal Data

Zeblaze uses personal data to improve our products and services, to process your payment transactions, to interact with you, for information security and fraud prevention, and to comply with our legal obligations. We may also use personal data for other specific purposes with your consent.

• Improve Our Products and Services. Zeblaze collects personal data necessary for better products and services, which may include personal data obtained to power our offerings, for internal purposes such as data analysis, or for troubleshooting.
• Process Your Payment Transactions.Zeblaze must collect personal data, such as your name, purchase, and payment information, to process your payment transactions.
• Interact with You. To respond to interactions, contact you on your account or transactions, request information or feedback, we may use your personal data to send important notices, including interactions about purchases and changes to our policies, terms, and conditions. Since such information is important to your communications with Zeblaze, you may not opt out of receiving these important notices.
• Information Security and Fraud Prevention.To protect individuals, employees, and Zeblaze, and for loss prevention and to prevent fraud, including to protect individuals, employees, and Zeblaze for the benefit of all our users.

Zeblaze only retains personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as prescribed by law. When evaluating retention periods, we carefully examine whether it is necessary to retain the personal data obtained and, if retention is required, strive to retain the personal data for the shortest possible period permissible under law.

Zeblaze’s Sharing of Personal Data

Zeblaze may provide your personal data to the following categories of third parties:

• Service Providers. Zeblaze may engage third parties to act as our service providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as:

  (i) the provision of the Services;

(ii) the provision of information, products, and other services you have requested;

(iii) marketing and advertising;

(iv) processing of payment and transactions;

(vi) the provision of IT and related services.

• Affiliates. Zeblaze may share personal data with our affiliated entities.

Zeblaze may allow third-party advertising partners to use technologies and other tracking tools to collect data about your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). This information (and similar information obtained from other websites) may be used to deliver targeted advertisements to you when you visit third party services within their networks. • APIs and Software Development Kits. Zeblaze may use third party APIs and software development kits (“SDKs”) as part of the functionality of the Services.
